Sue will send out an email and let everyone know what the discount will be.  Spare the Air-  Alert messages and when the air gets bad-  Sue suggests that a member  of each team monitor the air quality and watch the map for the El Dorado Area not Sacramento.  Putting together Friday training clinics-with EDYSL Next Level Soccer School. $5.00 per player, we want to keep it in Cameron Park.  July 11 and run 8 weeks- for Select and Rec are included.  Scip-Sue in a moment of weakness she took it over.    Any new managers see Sue for tournament and registration manuals.

REFEREE COORDINATOR-

Field COORDINATOR –   The select team is using Christa with us and we will continue this to help with    Phone call from Bob Gilbert and trash and goals was left on the fields.  If it happens again CSD will lock up the goals.   Each team has bee asked to pick up their trash after practice.   Ponderosa field will be worked on the 18th of June and will be closed for about 1 week.    If the sprinklers are on use the upper field.   At the next meeting we will discuss getting new goals.   $1800.00 for Ponderosa use, we are hoping that they will allow us to use the back field.

TEAM REPORTS-  U10 Girls some issues that need to be worked out.

U10 Boys- Team needs more boys only 8 on the team- the team has potential.

U11 Boys –

U11 Girls- Ray is wonderful no problems.  Some parents are disappointed because of the new players not being at tryouts.

U12 Girls- none present

U12 Boys- Great, new player coming from the Bay Area will give 16 on Roster.

U13 Boys- Cal cup surf cup going good team will be playing up to the U14 Boys.

U13 Girls –not present

U14 Boys-  Great until they scrimmaged the Crew.   New team

U14 Girls- Good could use a couple of players getting fit. The whole Team taking agility classes and doing well.

U15 Girls -  Going well and team didn’t get into Cal Cup.  We need to get working roster for the team the original was sent to the league.

U16 Girls- Started practice Saturday starting with 15 players and could use 1-2 more players.  Made Cal Cup and another tournament in San Diego

U17-18 Girls-   Started practicing at the beginning of June, but the age differences are difficult.

OLD BUSINESS:   None

NEW BUSINESS .  Issues with the U10 girls and the coaching availability.  There is a Cavitt tournament – one at the end of August and another at the beginning.   2 out of 4 practices have been missed.   She worReis about leaving early or a rush to get out because her own practice.    There needs to be a team meeting  with Brittney her assistant and Kyle to make a decision as what to do from this point on.  Henry will call Brittney before the meeting.   The meeting will be held with the parents while Brittney holds practice.   The assistant coach needs to be an F coach.   There was talk at the last playing league meeting that the license was to be an E or E/D but it was never changed.   Lisa will get the meeting scheduled for 5:00 for the parents.

We really want to enforce that any issues that arise need to be brought up right away to be handled and addressed immediately.   There needs to be a representative at each meeting or the coaches will not be happy with their pay.

In July Henry will give out game balls and schedules.    Goalie training there is a schedule being made by Jim to start Goalie training.  It will be broken into groups for the age groups.   The training will only be allowed for that age group and if the club decides that there is enough money we will either get another day or get an assistant.   The monthly fee covers the cost of goalie training.

The reason that Henry has not issued a prospective budget is due to the lack of cost for field use.

The monthly $65.00 is for fees issue Coaching fees, field use, field improvements, field prep, balls nets, lights referee fees, coaching clinics, goalie trainers, shirts etc.   We are trying to make sure that the cost of playing competitive stays reasonable.   Some clubs are holding much more money in their account than what is necessary to run the club this extra money is supposed to go back to the league to cover the costs of the other clubs in the league.  The EDYSL will need to resolve these issues.

********Every team will need to have a representative at the tournament meeting (exception is U10 boys and girls)

Good of the game-

Meeting adjourned-  8:385pm
