Meeting
called to order at 7:20 PM at the
library at Green Valley School.
The minutes
from the last meeting were reviewed and approved.
Guest Speakers:
Dave and Duncan from River City Club would
like to have an informal meeting on growing the El Dorado Club. They
are exploring the opportunity to join a club from the ground up and feel that
El Dorado might be a challenge that they would like to experience. They would like to put together a
business/coaching plan that will bring EDUCC into the future of Soccer. They would like to educate the parents and
coaches including recreational and metro.
No dollar amount was discussed
they have a long term goal to grow the club and educate.

MANAGER’S REPORT: Safeway willing to donate certain
items for the tournament Debbie Gonzalez 925-750-1552. Tom Brown should be contacted to find a
single coordinator. Terrie will email Tom to discuss the donations. Volunteers to go the league meeting on
Tuesday at 7:00pm to get the fields developed. Henry has been talking to others about the coaching coordinator
position, it should be considered to increase fee’s to pay a full time coaching
coordinator. The league will be
approached at tomorrows meeting to include extra $$$ to support the coach
coordinator position.
Lights can
be used at Ponderosa until 9:00pm.

GIRL’S V.P.
The Playing
League is frowning on having a challenge cup this year or any future year. District Cup a lot of clubs are messed up
and not enough teams show up. Our club
feedback was positive and the majority feels that having the tournament is a
good idea. The Playing League will
decide and let all the clubs know if the tournament will be held. The issues about open boundaReis and Super
Clubs have not resolved. Open boundaReis
will be proposed at the next AGM.

Referees
have game cards have been instructed to give them to either Chris or Tom at the
end of the game. If they are not
available they are to give them to the coach.
Brooks
“Burleson” 5-9 Mondays in October, November & December Mon Tue Fri 5-9 Lotus, will be available the first or
second week in Oct. The discussion on
lights was that lights were not going to be permitted at Christa or Bass Lake.

Next
year Tom Brown will be resigning as the tournament coordinator.

One of
the U18 girls dropped out of the tournament and the coordinator is looking to
fill the slot

Field
marshal meeting 7:00 pm at the library in Cameron Park.

Ponderosa
(2) upper field need to have the nets put on for the first game. The nets must
be taken down and the goals moved off the field at the last game
• The lack of fields are a tremendous
issue. If there is not a committee
formed at the next league meeting the issue may be dropped for good
Should
consider purchasing new goals for Ponderosa upper field the cost is
$2800.00. These goals will be put away
during the off season and used solely for the competitive club.
